Academic Athletic Achievement (AAA)
Interested in a career in sports communications, sports medicine, or sports management? Want to achieve academic success here at Wilson? The Academic Athletic Achievement Academy (AAA) began in 2004 and is designed for students who are interested in careers within health, fitness, sports management and marketing, nutrition, coaching, broadcasting, and athletic training.

AAA students manage game-day operations at home athletic events and facilitate intramural tournaments. In recent years, AAA students have traveled to Rome, Italy, to assist in implementing sports programming in Italian schools; visited Yankee Stadium in New York City; and spent the day at the Sports Management Department of Towson University.

Related Wilson clubs and activities include sports teams; the Tiger Sports Network; athletic-related internships (such as being an athletic trainer or working for the Wizards); writing for the Wilson Beacon, athletic game day operations, and event planning.
